Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and provide a positive, professional experience
• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits
• Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their needs
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition and sales goals
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Develop a strong understanding of client products and services
