Job Summary

Own the demand engine that turns a founder POV into qualified, sales-ready leads across law firms, the gate channel, franchisors, and franchisees, then moves them toward close through persuasive narratives and assets.

  • Growth Narrative Engine: own messaging, briefs, white papers, keynotes, battlecards, and partner kits that drive interest and early engagement.
  • Enablement and Content: build an enablement library, lifecycle content, and field-ready materials to accelerate conversion before sales involvement.
  • Lifecycle and Field Impact: ensure assets move prospects through nurture to close, with sales and partnerships lifting final deals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You generate demand. That's the job. You take Rikor's point of view and turn it into leads, interest, and real demand across four audiences — law firms, the gate channel we're launching, franchisors in our pipeline who need nurturing toward signing, franchisees in our database who aren't customers yet, and existing franchisees.
  • A product marketer who doesn't generate leads is worthless to me. You generate them.
  • To do that, you own the engine behind it — the messaging and the materials. Every brief, white paper, keynote, tool walkthrough, sales battlecard, partner kit.
  • The stuff that creates the interest, then arms sales, partnerships, and success to convert it.
  • You don’t just generate leads and toss them over the wall. You make them convert. Not by closing the deal yourself — sales lands it, partnerships closes the partner, success deepens the account. Your job is to market so well that by the time a prospect reaches my sales team, they're already sold.
  • They follow the rep's lead. They ask to do business with us. That's what a marketer does. You don’t own the close. But you own the narrative that makes the close easy, and you move the conversion rate. If nothing's converting, that's partly on you.
  • The narrative is mine. The engine is yours. I'm the storyteller. The core point of view, the thesis, the keynote — that stays with me. Your job is to take my POV and make it land everywhere, with more reach and more polish than I could ever pull off alone.
  • If you're the kind of person who needs to own the story and would quietly fight me for it — this isn't your seat, and you'd hate it. If you get fired up taking someone's strong idea and making it hit harder without changing the core of it — keep reading.
  • First 90 days - Take the whole deliverable pile off me. Stand up a real production queue so nothing routes through me by default. - Ship the gate-channel enablement kit — what a law firm actually needs to refer us and convert, tied to our gap-analysis tool launching in August. - Get my point of view written down in one source-of-truth doc that sales, partnerships, and success all pull from.
  • First 180 days - A repeatable launch motion, proven on the gap-analysis tool. - A real enablement library — battlecards, objection handling, vertical one-pagers for QSR, child education, home services. - A lifecycle content layer that helps success deepen accounts. - My time on deliverables drops to basically zero and our materials are live in the field.

Requirements

  • You can take a dense, complicated thing and make it simple. Fast. (You don't need to know insurance or franchising. You need to be able to learn it quick. That's actually the test.)
  • You build the thing yourself. You write, you design the deck, you ship. Player, not coach.
  • You've got proof you outgrew your box — work above your pay grade, stuff you started that nobody asked you to.
  • You take a note and get better. Hunger with humility. You want to earn it, not be owed it.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to law firms, franchisors, and franchisees.
