Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the SW Roadmap for DUALTO Energy System and Advanced Energy instruments.
- Prioritize features and map release timing across multiple releases.
- Coordinate GUI translations into 22 languages and implementation.
- Align urgent needs with longer-term strategic capabilities.
- Collaborate with R&D to explore algorithm opportunities and VoC validation.
- Incorporate usability feedback into a comprehensive launch plan.
- Drive cross-functional go-to-market and post-launch support with Marketing, Service, Sales, and regional teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans with senior leadership; oversee post-launch performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in digital/software product management in MedTech/Cloud.
- Experience delivering products from concept to launch using agile methods.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- MedTech/devices industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
Preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- R&D or technical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OR environment, procedures, and clinical teams.
- MedTech Capital marketing experience.
- Outstanding data analytics skills with strategic thinking.
