Responsibilities

• RyderShare Marketing: Own positioning and messaging across segments, and partner with Product to shape roadmap narrative.
• Translate features into customer narratives and benefit mappings for use cases and outcomes.
• Launch support: produce customer announcements, internal notes, sales talk tracks, and FAQs.
• Sales enablement: create and maintain decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI tools, talk tracks, and training materials.
• Training delivery: run sessions for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Documentation and help content: write and maintain help articles, FAQs, how-to guides, and product docs; establish lightweight standards.
• Visual content: design simple, on-brand collateral and knowledge-base visuals; develop reusable templates.
• Collaboration: work with PMs, Engineering, Support, and CS to ensure accuracy and alignment with releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Required
• 5+ years in Product Marketing, Technical Content, or hybrid PMM roles., Required
• 5+ years partnering directly with PMs & Engineering to shape messaging., Required
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled platform experience., Preferred
• Travel Yes, 10-20%
