Job Summary

Own and drive the multi-year digital marketing capabilities roadmap and campaign operations, partnering with Marketing to turn strategy and customer engagement goals into actionable roadmaps, platforms, and measurable outcomes across activation, journey orchestration, attribution, and analytics.

  • Define future operating model and scalable campaign practices with Marketing and cross-functional partners
  • Lead measurement, multi-touch attribution, and test-and-learn programs to optimize donor engagement and ROI
  • Drive adoption of marketing technology, data platforms, and AI-enabled decisioning to improve speed and personalization

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The role co-owns with Marketing the roadmap to modernize campaign operations, journey orchestration, audience activation, measurement, attribution, and marketing technology capabilities. The focus is enabling Marketing to operate with greater speed, precision, compliance, measurement, and scalability, while translating strategy, campaign needs, workflows, data requirements, and technology capabilities into actionable roadmaps and business outcomes.
  • Co-own with BioLife Marketing the multi-year digital marketing capabilities roadmap supporting acquisition, conversion, loyalty, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Balance business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, compliance, privacy, governance, dependencies, and delivery timelines across Marketing, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, and partners.
  • Translate Marketing priorities, campaign strategies, operational needs, and growth objectives into product roadmaps, platform capabilities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize capabilities across campaign planning, audience activation, journey orchestration, workflow, attribution, performance measurement, marketing self-service, and optimization.
  • Partner with Marketing to define the future-state operating model across campaign intake, planning, audience strategy, content operations, journey activation, measurement, optimization, and ways of working.
  • Co-develop scalable campaign operating practices that improve speed to market, consistency, reuse, compliance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Simplify, automate, and standardize workflows, handoffs, approvals, measurement routines, and operational processes.
  • Ensure campaign capabilities are reliable, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards and operating expectations.
  • Drive adoption and evolution of marketing technologies, customer data platforms, journey orchestration, CRM, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, and campaign management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience partnering with commercial and marketing organizations to translate business strategy, customer engagement objectives, and operational needs into digital product roadmaps, platform investments, and technology capability strategies.
  • Strong product management expertise across strategy development, prioritization, delivery, adoption, lifecycle management, governance, and value realization.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms and solutions, CRM solutions, customer data platforms, workflow orchestration, automation platforms, personalization technologies, analytics platforms, and customer engagement ecosystems.
  • Understanding of marketing campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, customer journey management, audience activation, journey orchestration, content operations, workflow automation, operating model development, and customer engagement ecosystems.
  • Experience defining scalable marketing operating frameworks, campaign workflows, business capabilities, requirements, and technology-enabled processes that improve speed to market, personalization, measurement, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing and Data & Analytics teams to define multi-touch attribution, next-best-action frameworks, experimentation, test-and-learn methodologies, performance analytics, business KPI reporting, marketing ROI, dashboards, success metrics, and optimization feedback loops.
  • Ability to translate business questions into technology requirements and analytics capabilities that support data-driven decision making, optimization, adoption measurement, and value realization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, SDLC, DevSecOps, platform governance, technology operations, and digital product management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business, data, analytics, operations, compliance, and technology teams around shared outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM, personalization, and customer engagement platforms preferred

Preferred

  • Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, or related marketing technology certifications preferred.
