Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the advocate of YouTube’s product activation incentives system with strategic partner managers, leading First day of business (FDOB) training and addressing questions and escalations throughout the quarter.
Synthesize feedback received in regional sentiment surveys, bugs, and other sources into focused improvement areas for design, pricing, targets, etc.
Create structured, polished presentations for partnerships and GTM leadership.
Manage timelines, goals, and objectives for key workstreams, executing in partnership with Segment and regional GTM teams.
Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
