Job Description

Responsibilities

Amplify Nexthink’s role as the DEX leader to analysts, press, partners, and executive audiences.
Build persona-based narratives that resonate from IT ops to the CIO suite, connecting emotional hooks to business-critical outcomes.
Craft positioning that differentiates Nexthink and elevates our entire portfolio in a fast-evolving market.
Translate technical features into compelling, human stories that make customers and executives lean in.
Deliver presentations that earn the trust and attention of senior IT leaders and C-level audiences.
Own GTM strategy for major launches and cross-sell initiatives, aligning tightly with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing.
Drive competitive positioning, pricing narratives, and value frameworks that accelerate adoption and revenue.
Operate with urgency, ensuring our messaging keeps pace with the velocity of our engineering and product teams.
Lead creation of high-impact content — solution briefs, ROI stories, executive decks, and customer case studies.
Partner with Sales Enablement to arm field teams with the tools and messaging they need to win CIOs and IT leaders.

Requirements

8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Proven ability to craft compelling, persona-based storytelling that connects technical solutions to executive priorities.
Track record of elevating positioning and messaging to win the ear of CIOs and senior IT executives.
Experience serving as a category evangelist, driving thought leadership in a fast-growing market.
Expertise in GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and launch execution.
Experience operating at the speed of agile product and engineering teams.
Executive presence and presentation skills; comfortable representing the company at major events.
Background in IT, digital experience, or infrastructure software (VDI, endpoint management, EUC) a plus.
