Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Join our Retention Strategy team as a Principal Strategy Analyst focused on driving customer loyalty and lifetime value for the SLING and DISH Video Services portfolio.
  • In this role, you’ll leverage advanced analytics, coordination of new data and insights, develop decision-driving financial models, and project manage through cross-functional collaboration to execute on strategies you develop.
  • The daily objective will be to design and execute strategies that reduce churn, improve profitability, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Use data insights to evaluate trends, develop solutions, and execute initiatives that enhance customer loyalty in a dynamic and evolving content ecosystem
  • Build and maintain financial models to projects and evaluate business and project performance, inform strategic decisions, and maximize profitability in partnership with our finance teams
  • Lead key product initiatives, from concept through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment with product teams to generate measurable results
  • Support the development and implementation of AI/ML-driven initiatives to identify churn risk, optimize spend, and enhance operational performance
  • Serve as an internal consultant to the business, synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and deliver insights to senior leadership, including VPs and SVPs.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to design and execute retention strategies that drive measurable impact
  • Use SQL, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel to build dynamic reports, extract insights from large datasets, and consult on data-driven business decisions
