  • help execute lifecycle marketing strategies for FanDuel Predicts, driving engagement and long-term customer value across every stage of the customer journey from onboarding and activation through retention and re-engagement.
  • Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll bring lifecycle campaigns to market, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data-driven insights with creative thinking to deliver personalized campaigns that improve customer engagement and business outcomes while continuing to grow as a lifecycle marketer.
  • This is a role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational excellence - diagnosing customer behavior problems, developing data-driven hypotheses, designing and optimizing customer journeys, orchestrating promotional and communications campaigns, and continuously improving based on learnings.
  • You'll think independently, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve reactivation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of core lifecycle marketing strategies across retention, monetization, and re-engagement stages using advanced segmentation, leveraging communication and promotional capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve key metrics, develop business cases, and partner with Marketing leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns at scale. Ensure flawless execution and own ongoing performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Partner with Commercial, Analytics, Product, and CRM Operations to identify lifecycle initiatives and recommend improvements based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, commercial, or similar.
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing platforms, Email Service Providers, and Customer Data Platform Technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of sports betting, prediction markets, iGaming, or online gaming—demonstrated through active use and/or direct work experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and commercial metrics.
  • Strong design thinking skills and effective at project management.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and campaigns.
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail and ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects across various stakeholders.
  • Results oriented and metrics driven, with the need to be objective and measure performance.
  • Strong analytical approach to decision making with experience of delivering against business outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player, proactive thinker, and pragmatic problem-solver.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of sports, casinos, culture, politics, and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.
