Responsibilities

• Research local businesses, gyms, schools, employers, nonprofits, and community events
• Contact organizations by phone, email, and in person to develop marketing opportunities
• Schedule community health screenings and promotional events
• Independently perform approximately three to four screenings per month after completing training
• Approach and engage people in a friendly, natural, and professional manner
• Explain our practice’s introductory offer and help interested individuals schedule appointments
• Prepare, transport, set up, and break down screening materials
• Maintain relationships with community partners
• Follow up appropriately with screening participants and business contacts
• Maintain a rolling 90-day external marketing calendar

Requirements

• Consistent Tuesday morning availability
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to local businesses and community events
• Ability to transport and set up basic event materials
• Occasional evening and weekend availability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Experience in community outreach, fitness, hospitality, event promotion, sales, customer service, membership services, or marketing is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
