Own and optimize client storytelling through a structured social pipeline, lead cross-channel content, media outreach, and award strategy across PR, design, and newsletters.

Responsibilities

  • Tailored Strategy & Pipeline: Build and maintain a structured social media pipeline that tells each client’s story across core pillars of talent and creative work.
  • Content Gap Management: Keep channels active during lulls between new work going live by developing engaging content around (BTS) footage, interviews, and archived project highlights.
  • Weekly Posting: Manage and publish weekly posts across Instagram and LinkedIn , using approved custom graphics, overlays, and visual templates.
  • Quarterly Press & Releases: Regularly engage industry specific media outlets to secure client feature opportunities, and draft/distribute standalone press releases for major project launches and talent updates.
  • Interviews & Podcasts: Pitch and secure interviews and podcast appearances, strategically timed around release dates and awards pushes.
  • Custom Newsletters & Mailing Lists: Build, manage, and distribute monthly newsletters spotlighting high level work and talent features in a story driven layout.
  • Guided Award Strategy: Manage award entry milestones and build strategic timing around key industry deadlines. Collaborate directly with agency & clients on joint efforts for award submissions, compiling accurate credits and assist clients in selecting and positioning their best work to build hype and maximize campaign visibility.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of PR and social media experience within commercial production, film, TV, or entertainment agency environments.
  • Industry Media Contacts: Strong familiarity with entertainment trade publications, production podcasts, and key industry journalists.
  • Visual & Design Skills: Experience working with branded templates, custom design overlays, and asset layouts for social media and email newsletters.
  • Well versed in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign), Canva, Stripo, Campaign Manager, Instagram, Linkedin.
  • Awards Campaign Knowledge: Familiarity with major advertising, commercial, and film festival/awards cycles and submission processes.
  • Project Management: Outstanding organization and milestone tracking skills, with a proven track record of maintaining consistent weekly and monthly deliverables.
