Job Description

Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of PR plans across seasonal campaigns, capsule launches, and brand moments - Translate brand narratives into clear, relevant, and culturally engaging media angles - Ensure consistent PR support across major campaigns, ongoing storytelling, and always-on brand visibility - Build and maintain relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and culture media - Secure consistent, high-quality coverage aligned with brand priorities - Manage media outreach, follow-ups, and day-to-day press communication - Prepare interview briefs, messaging, and written responses as needed - Identify opportunities to position Cupshe within culture, entertainment, and talent-driven conversations - Support storytelling around campaigns, brand moments, and talent partnerships (including It-girl and influencer narratives) - Help shape PR angles that feel timely, shareable, and relevant to current trends - Understand and apply PR strategies that support SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery - Prioritize placements that drive high-quality backlinks and domain authority - Track and optimize PR impact with awareness of evolving search and AI trends - Execute influencer seeding programs to drive ongoing brand visibility - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, and talent - Support talent-related storytelling and amplification from a PR perspective - Negotiate influencer and talent rates with commercial awareness - Support PR strategy and execution for brand events (e.g., Miami Swim Week, brand trips, activations) - Ensure events translate into strong media coverage and social amplification - Work cross-functionally to maximize PR value of experiential moments - Manage PR agencies to ensure clear direction and strong execution - Work closely with brand marketing, influencer, social, creative, e-commerce, and performance teams - Ensure alignment between PR initiatives and broader marketing priorities - Monitor PR performance including coverage, reach, backlinks, and visibility - Maintain organized tracking of media, influencer, and campaign performance - Support PR budget tracking and cost management
