Responsibilities

• Edit raw video into polished podcast episodes
• Create highlight clips and promotional content for social media
• Upload videos to Youtube
• Upload and organize files on cloud storage platforms
• Collaborate with our remote team via Zoom and Slack
• Receive regular coaching and feedback from industry professionals

Requirements

• Current college student (undergrad or grad level)
• Experience editing with software like Descript, Premiere Pro, Audacity, etc.
• Creative eye for storytelling and pacing
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Available 5–15 hours/week
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

• Are already familiar with podcast production
• Want to pursue a career in media, production, or storytelling
• Have a portfolio or sample edits to share
