Job Summary

Own the event technology stack and integrations to ensure smooth registration, testing, and readiness across Splash, Marketo, CRM, and related platforms.

Lead maintenance of templates, landing pages, forms, and branded assets.
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Campaign Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to drive process improvements and platform performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage event technology platforms, including Splash and Email Editor.
Build and maintain event templates, landing pages, registration forms, and branded assets.
Monitor integrations between Splash, Marketo, CRM, and marketing platforms.
Troubleshoot platform, registration, and synchronization issues; perform root cause analysis.
Execute UAT/PAT testing, platform validations, and support event readiness.
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Campaign Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to improve processes and platform performance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Event Technology, or Marketing Automation.
Hands-on experience with Splash, Marketo, CRM (Salesforce preferred), or similar MarTech tools.
Strong troubleshooting, testing (UAT/PAT), documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Email Developer skills across Email 2.0 and New Email Designer.
Splash expertise at an admin level with heavy troubleshooting.
Data troubleshooting, global support, consent models (we can likely train the person on our setup for most of this bucket).
