Job Summary
Own the account services leadership for a multi dealership agency, driving team development, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through integrated campaigns and cross‑functional partnerships.
- Lead end‑to‑end account management from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with General Managers and executives on quarterly plans and strategic client conversations that tie marketing to business goals.
- Forecast opportunities, optimize processes, and expand services across Phil Long accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Phil Long Account Services team.
- Manage team workloads, priorities, hiring, onboarding, and performance.
- Lead team meetings and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training on agency processes, compliance, workflows, and budget management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous process improvement across the Account Services team.
- Build trusted relationships with General Managers, dealership leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead strategic client meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Work with the Senior Director of Account Services to resolve escalated client concerns quickly while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with the Senior Director of Account Services regarding significant client developments and opportunities.
