Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL — On-Site + International Travel

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

About the Role

I’m looking for a highly organized, energetic, resourceful Personal & Social Media Assistant to work directly with me across my businesses, social media clients, personal brand, and day-to-day life.

This is not a traditional desk-only assistant position. One day you may be helping organize a content shoot or editing TikToks; another day you may be researching a new business concept, coordinating travel, following up with a vendor, organizing project information, or handling personal errands.

I work across social media, fashion, beauty, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and international business, while simultaneously developing several new business concepts. I need someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly, takes initiative, and can help turn ideas into organized action.

The position is primarily on-site in Palm Beach Gardens and requires approximately one full week of travel per month.

Initial international travel will primarily include Haiti, with future travel potentially including the Caribbean, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other domestic and international destinations.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content

• Assist with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Help create and maintain content calendars
• Research social media trends, viral formats, sounds and content ideas
• Film behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, travel and business content
• Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut
• Create simple graphics and social assets in Canva
• Draft captions, organize content and prepare posts for publishing
• Help schedule and publish approved content
• Assist with community management and engagement
• Research influencers, creators and potential brand partners
• Assist with influencer outreach and follow-up
• Help organize content shoots, shot lists, props and locations
• Track social media performance and maintain reporting spreadsheets
• Support social media deliverables for agency clients

Business & Project Support

I have multiple businesses and concepts in various stages of development. You will help me keep those ideas organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities may include:

• Turning notes, voice memos and ideas into organized documents and action lists
• Conducting online research
• Creating spreadsheets, trackers and project folders
• Researching competitors, vendors, creators and potential partners
• Following up with vendors and business contacts
• Helping coordinate meetings and projects
• Organizing presentations, proposals and client materials
• Keeping track of deadlines and outstanding tasks
• Assisting with new business launches and special projects
• Helping coordinate freelancers, contractors and other resources as projects grow

You do not need to know how to do everything yourself. I need someone who is resourceful enough to figure out the next step, research solutions and follow through.

Personal Assistant Support

• Calendar and appointment support
• Running local errands
• Shopping, pickups and returns
• Helping organize packages, supplies and materials
• Preparing for meetings and travel
• Making reservations and coordinating logistics
• Keeping documents, notes and information organized
• Helping maintain an organized home/work environment
• Handling miscellaneous personal and administrative tasks as needed

Travel

Travel availability is a requirement for this position.

Approximately one week each month may involve domestic or international travel.

During travel, you may assist with:

• Flights, hotels, transportation and itineraries
• Business meetings and appointments
• Content creation and filming
• Social media coverage
• Vendor/site visits
• Research and note-taking
• Keeping schedules and projects organized
• General personal and business assistance while traveling

• Comfortable traveling internationally
• Interested in growing into a larger role as the businesses expand

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must have a valid U.S. passport
• Must be available for approximately one full week of travel per month
• Must be able to work on-site in Palm Beach Gardens
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable running errands and driving locally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media
• Flexible, dependable and responsive
• Able to start ASAP

Previous social media, marketing, executive/personal assistant, content creation, hospitality, fashion, beauty or startup experience is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

Starting compensation: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience.

This position will begin part-time, with the intention of potentially transitioning the right person into a full-time position with benefits within the next few months.

There is significant room for growth for someone who proves they can take ownership. As the businesses expand, this role can evolve beyond traditional assistant responsibilities into greater responsibility across social media, operations, project management and business development.
