Responsibilities

• Setup, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic/CTV channels
• Ad creation and deployment
• Monitor, analyze and report on client KPIs
• Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and platforms
• Coordinate all digital assets for online properties including websites and apps
• Update and manage client landing pages and lead distribution setup
• Troubleshoot errors to ensure campaigns perform correctly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Build and maintain project management tools, plans, scheduling, and campaign logistics
• Monthly program reporting, analytics and recommendations with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or client service role
• Agency experience managing multiple accounts
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
• Advanced understanding of paid platforms (Meta Business Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and report on key digital metrics
• Working knowledge of Project Management platforms (Asana, Monday, etc.)
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners
• Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of handling multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years in a Performance Marketing and/or Digital Agency Client Services role
