Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid media budgets across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels
  • Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns targeting enterprise buyers
  • Build audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and retargeting frameworks
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and conversion flows
  • Track and report on ROAS, CPA, pipeline attribution, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with demand generation, content, and sales teams on integrated campaigns

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns at scale
  • Deep proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
  • Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch revenue reporting
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar)
  • Data-driven decision-making — rigorous about experimentation and measurement
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing environments preferred
