Job Description

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end performance marketing for 3–5 client portfolios—setting KPIs, allocating budgets, and optimizing CAC/LTV ratios monthly.
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, TikTok
Partner with creative teams to A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and CTAs—using heatmaps and session recordings to drive conversion lift.
Lead weekly performance reviews with clients—translating data into actionable insights, forecasting growth, and adjusting strategies in real time.
Develop playbooks and standard operating procedures to systematize campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across the team.
