Job Summary

Own multi-channel paid media presence and client-facing program leadership, translating performance data into actionable optimizations while coordinating with creative and strategy teammates to deliver integrated campaigns.

Drive strategy, execution, and daily optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Lead client communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and momentum.
Translate analytics into clear insights and recommendations that improve campaign results and client outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive Results: Own the strategy, execution, and daily optimization of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Client Leadership: Act as a proactive liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and forward momentum.
Insightful Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing platform, translating complex data into clear insights for clients.
Project Momentum: Build timelines and project plans that are realistic and organized; ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard.
Strategic Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client businesses and optimize campaign performance.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, integrated work.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital marketing and account management, ideally within an agency environment.
Ownership Mindset: Someone who is proactive, positive, and naturally takes responsibility without being asked.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable leading calls with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
High Gear: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high and priorities shift.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Ads and GA4, with strong working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify) and general business systems.
Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
