Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid acquisition strategy for Gakku, with a focus on scalable user growth
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Drive growth through rigorous testing across creative, targeting, bidding, and funnel optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Partner closely with product and creative teams to improve conversion and ad performance
• Identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and acquisition strategies
• Bring strong execution and analytical rigor to campaign planning, testing, and reporting

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition
• Proven experience running iOS app user acquisition campaigns
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong analytical instincts and a highly data-driven approach to optimization
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

• Experience with consumer products, especially: mobile games
• short-form content / entertainment apps
• subscription-based products
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and UGC-style ad strategies
• Experience working effectively across U.S.- and China-based teams
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus, but not required
