Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and execute paid acquisition strategy for Gakku, with a focus on scalable user growth
Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Drive growth through rigorous testing across creative, targeting, bidding, and funnel optimization
Analyze campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
Partner closely with product and creative teams to improve conversion and ad performance
Identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and acquisition strategies
Bring strong execution and analytical rigor to campaign planning, testing, and reporting

Requirements

2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition
Proven experience running iOS app user acquisition campaigns
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong analytical instincts and a highly data-driven approach to optimization
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Experience with consumer products, especially: mobile games; short-form content / entertainment apps; subscription-based products
