Job Description

Intro

Atorie is building the next generation of fashion, connecting consumers directly to high-end manufacturers to deliver luxury-level products and experiences without the traditional markup.

Rather than operating as a traditional brand, Atorie is a platform where discovery, culture, and commerce exist together, allowing people to engage with products in a more curated and meaningful way. By rethinking both supply and distribution, the goal is to create a new standard in fashion, one that feels elevated in every touchpoint, yet remains accessible, and ultimately becomes a destination people follow for inspiration, not just a place they shop.

The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to define how Atorie scales.

You will own performance marketing end-to-end, working closely with our external agency to set direction, drive growth, and ensure every dollar spent contributes to both conversion and brand.

This is not a campaign management role. It is a role responsible for building a system that turns strong creative into measurable growth, while maintaining the integrity of the brand.

What You’ll Own
  • Full ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Oversight of agency performance, reporting, and execution
  • Management of a ~$400K/month budget with clear performance targets
  • Weekly P&L tracking and optimization
  • Creative testing strategy across UGC, product, and brand storytelling
  • Building a repeatable system that identifies and scales high-performing concepts
  • Close collaboration with content and creative teams to develop performance-driven assets
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Ideally 4-5 years
  • Proven experience leading performance marketing strategy, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands
  • Experience managing external agencies or partners, with the ability to direct, challenge, and hold them accountable
  • Strong understanding of paid media across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms (strategy > execution)
  • Track record of managing and scaling significant budgets ($100K+/month) with clear performance outcomes
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear strategic direction and creative decisions
  • Strong instinct for creative, understanding what drives conversion without compromising brand perception
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and brand teams
  • Highly analytical, with a strong grasp of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
Expectations

You are not dependent on the agency, you lead it.

You know what good looks like, and you push for it.

You are able to challenge, refine, and direct strategy with clarity.

You understand how performance marketing should feel for a brand like Atorie

elevated, intentional, and never purely transactional.

Compensation

Competitive, based on experience.

This is a high-ownership role with significant impact on how Atorie is perceived as we scale.
