Performance Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Engineer a high-velocity inbound machine (100+ new ad creatives/month and ramping as our tooling improves, 10+ campaigns/month), managing a team of 4 to fuel double-digit % MoM US growth.
• Paid wins through creative. Own creative strategy, from new angles and hooks to ad copy and briefs. Bring a robust creative testing workflow to constantly level up the quality and win rate of the hundreds of ads you’ll launch each month.
• Data informs all decisions. Turn reporting into clear priorities to grow MQL volume, improve lead quality and lower paid CAC.
• Paid channels are our most reliable source of growth, delivering high-quality leads and self-serve customers at a predictable and efficient cost.
• Every dollar of spend is tracked to pipeline and revenue, and we know which channels, campaigns, and creative earn their budget.
• The team moves faster than any growth team, launching and learning from dozens of new experiments every week.
• AI is built into how the team works, from creative and copy to analysis and reporting, so a small team delivers outsized, ambitious results.
• Own performance marketing, primarily across Meta. Set budgets, targets, and bidding strategy, and scale what works.
• Run a high-speed program of experiments on audiences, offers, creative, and landing pages to lower CAC and increase conversion.
• Work closely with Sales to understand which leads convert and why, then use that feedback to improve targeting, creative and lead quality.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of performance marketing experience, scaling ad spend. You have deep Meta expertise and a track record of personally scaling campaigns while improving acquisition efficiency.
