Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads (UGC-style, influencer-style, testimonial, problem-solution formats).
Identify and research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid acquisition.
Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of in-house or agency experience focused on: Performance advertising, Paid social campaigns, Script writing for short-form ads, Influencer or UGC marketing;
Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling;
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem;
Data-driven mindset — comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creatives.
