Own a compact, fast turn creative engine for paid social, turning trends into high converting short form ads and scripts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

  • Creative Ownership: Develop performance driven concepts and scripts for paid social ads and test iterations.
  • Trend to Acquisition: Research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid campaigns to improve conversion.
  • Data Driven Optimization: Iterate on creative strategies using performance metrics to lift conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads (UGC-style, influencer-style, testimonial, problem-solution formats)
  • Identify and research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid acquisition
  • Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Performance advertising, Paid social campaigns, Script writing for short-form ads, Influencer or UGC marketing
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem
  • Data-driven mindset - comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creative
