Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of your offers.
  • Constantly develop and brainstorm new creative campaigns to build.
  • Manage and lead your team.
  • Draft weekly performance reports with valuable insights and KPIs.
  • Track all tasks in ClickUp to ensure nothing slips through.
  • Monitor performance using tracking tools
  • Actively participate in client calls via Zoom.
  • Constantly test and tune into new trends, tools, apps, etc.
  • Understand and appreciate how to implement AI into your workflow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing client accounts in a performance-based environment.
  • 3+ years running traffic, and MUST have copywriting experience
  • Experienced in Art Direction and Graphic Design.
  • Strong skills in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and present client-facing insights.
  • Comfortable working on EST.
  • Reliably answer and adapt to chat inquiries on weekends and nights.
