Responsibilities

• Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across international markets.
• Manage large paid budgets — currently ~€150k+ per month — with full accountability and a performance-first mindset, with a clear path to €1M/month.
• Own end-to-end tracking and conversion setup including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
• Design and run systematic tests of new campaign structures and landing pages.
• Extract learnings from experiments, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable impact.
• Scale campaigns internationally while adapting strategies to different market dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing €150k+ monthly Google Ads budgets with a track record of scaling further.
• Hands-on ownership of tracking and attribution setup: Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
• Demonstrated experience running international Google Ads campaigns and adapting to market differences.
• Strong ability to build, structure, and optimize Google Ads campaigns at scale.
• Experience designing and systematically testing campaign structures and landing pages.
• Data-driven mindset with a bias toward testing, iteration, and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent English communication skills (company working language).

Preferred

• German language proficiency — a strong bonus given our primary market focus.
• Background in SaaS or AI product environments.
