Responsibilities

• Build full-funnel marketing strategies for StrouseHouse.io and client accounts.
• Create offer positioning, hooks, angles, messaging, and campaign concepts.
• Plan organic social content strategies that support authority, trust, demand, and lead generation.
• Script short-form and long-form ad videos designed to generate booked calls.
• Develop creative briefs for video editors, graphic designers, and content teams.
• Create paid social ad concepts for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Linkedin
• Build email marketing campaigns for lead nurture, sales conversion, reactivation, promotions, and follow-up.
• Map out the customer journey from first touch to booked call to closed deal.
• Work with the internal team to execute campaigns across organic, paid, email, and funnel assets.
• Review creative deliverables and provide clear feedback to make sure the final product matches the campaign strategy.
