Job Summary
Own and optimize paid performance across search, social, and display channels to generate qualified leads and scalable ROAS.
- Growth & Performance Marketing: assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Display & Retargeting, and Local Service Ads.
- Agency & Vendor Management: coordinate with external partners, set and monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with growth targets.
- Campaign Ops & Analytics: review performance, reporting, landing pages and creatives, and optimize cost per lead, CPA, and ROAS.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Display & Retargeting, Local Service Ads
- Monitor and improve: Cost per lead, Booking rates, Lead quality, Cost per acquisition, Return on ad spend
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Work directly with outside marketing agencies and vendors
- Hold partners accountable to KPIs and performance expectations
- Review campaign performance, reporting, and creative direction
- Help coordinate landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign launches
- Ensure agencies stay aligned with company goals and growth targets
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred
- Strong understanding of data and campaign reporting
- Experience managing agencies or vendors is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and automations preferred
- Home services or home improvement experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- AI-minded and willing to leverage technology to improve efficiency
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred
- Experience managing agencies or vendors is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and automations preferred
- Home services or home improvement experience preferred
