Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short term and long term digital growth strategies to drive incremental online sales and acquisitions through continuous optimization and experimentation.
  • Lead a digital test and learn culture, designing, prioritizing, and executing experiments across acquisition channels, landing pages, and authenticated experiences to deliver measurable business results.
  • Own overall page and funnel optimization across acquisition journeys, with a strong focus on improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and increasing completed applications and account growth.
  • Apply a strong understanding of digital consumer behaviors to inform site strategy, messaging, personalization, and experience design across devices and channels.
  • Analyze digital funnel performance using data and analytics to identify drop offs, behavioral trends, and optimization opportunities across products and segments.
  • Manage acquisition channel site strategy, design, optimization, and capability enhancements that align with enterprise objectives and business line goals.
  • Communicate test outcomes, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and data driven manner—translating results into actionable next steps.
  • Develop and maintain competitive analysis and market research to understand evolving digital experiences, consumer expectations, and industry best practices.
  • Review strategic product and market perspectives, anticipating shifts in consumer behavior, technology, and acquisition trends to inform long term optimization roadmaps.
  • Partner with risk and compliance teams to review digital risk data related to product lines, ensuring risks are effectively monitored and managed without sacrificing performance.
  • Responsible for project workflow, test execution, and cross functional delivery using project management tools and established business line processes.
  • Stays current on evolving digital tools, platforms, and emerging technology—applying creative, outside the box thinking to unlock new optimization and experimentation opportunities
