Responsibilities

  • Trip Obsessed: Act as the "Voice of the Customer," proactively identifying partner marketing goals and translating feedback into actionable product roadmaps that solve real-world needs.
  • See the Forest and the Trees: Manage the entire campaign lifecycle-from complex technical kick-offs to granular performance monitoring-ensuring every detail aligns with the partner's macro business objectives.
  • One Uber: Serve as an indispensable cross-functional lead, collaborating with Ad Ops, Product, and Insights to ensure seamless delivery and organizational alignment.
  • Build with Heart: Use your "Analytical A-Game" to deliver data-backed insights and creative recommendations that uncover upsell opportunities and drive long-term partner investment.
  • Great Minds Don’t Think Alike: Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate difficult partner conversations and unique business challenges with diverse perspectives.
