Responsibilities

• - Starting pay: $15/hour + bonuses. Pay will be increased quickly. Opportunity for rapid pay increases based on performanceFull Time and Part Time are both available
• - Role Overview: Help grow the seller base from 50 current subscribers to 200 subscribers by year-end. Everyone we reach out to loves talking to us and it's a very fun and relationship focused role! You’ll have the freedom to try new ideas, experiment with non-traditional marketing strategies and make a real impact!
• - Reach out to Tiny Home & Campervan sellers on:Facebook Marketplace
• - Social Media Platforms
• - Marketplace websites
• - Your main focus currently will be to help grow our seller base from 50 current subscribers to 200 by the end of the year by reaching out to Tiny Home and Campervan sellers on Facebook Marketplace and TikTok. We will train you how to communicate the marketing services we offer at Tiny House Society.
• - This role is ideal for someone who is extroverted, creative, motivated, and great at connecting with people! We are looking for a high energy person who enjoys connecting with people!
• - Your second main focus will be calling our database of previously interested Tiny Home buyers and Leads. You will contact people who are registered on our websites, filled out our interest forms, or shared their phone number with us in the past. This is a flexible part-time (full-time is available). You will connect with seller/buyer leads and use social media platforms to build relationships, create awareness, and drive revenue.

Requirements

• A deep interest in the Tiny Home movement and sustainable living
• An iPhone and a MacBook
• Basic marketing knowledge with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and online selling platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
