Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film and post 3 short-form videos per day to accounts you manage on Instagram and TikTok
  • New accounts are completely fine
  • Every week you receive a full creative brief including word-for-word scripts, proven viral hooks and templates, research and talking points, exact posting times, and caption copy
  • Post consistently across assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Natural, confident presence on camera
  • Discipline to film and post 3 videos per day, every day
  • Relatable, warm communication style — you feel like a trusted older sibling or mentor
  • Basic familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
  • No existing following required — starting from zero is fine
