Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars for assigned clients
• Select content formats, hooks, and creative angles aligned with brand goals
• Adapt trends thoughtfully to each brand’s voice and platform
• Iterate on strategy month-to-month based on qualitative performance insights
• Edit short-form video content (Reels & TikToks) using provided footage
• Design static posts and LinkedIn graphics (Canva preferred)
• Write concise, on-brand captions and post copy
• Schedule content using internal scheduling tools
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the Social Ease team on approvals and timelines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices
• Confident in short-form video editing
• Strong eye for design and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Proficient in Canva and common scheduling tools

Preferred

• Experience working within an agency environment
• B2B content experience (especially LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics
• Strong social media copywriting skills
