Own local social + content engine for a health clinic, turning posts, reels, and local SEO into leads and bookings; manage reputation and events while partnering with local gyms and influencers.

  • Own social platforms, content calendars, and promotional campaigns to drive leads and appointments.
  • Coordinate local SEO, GBP optimization, reviews, and CRM-led tracking for measurable results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
  • Develop content calendars and promotional campaigns
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement opportunities
  • Capture photo and video content at the clinic
  • Support local SEO initiatives
  • Optimize Google Business Profile
  • Manage online reviews and reputation-building efforts
  • Assist with website content updates and keyword optimization
  • Track key marketing KPIs including: Leads generated; Appointment bookings; Cost per lead; Engagement rates; Website traffic

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media marketing experience
  • Understanding of SEO and local search optimization
  • Experience creating short-form video content
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, aesthetics, or medical spa marketing
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
  • Photography and videography experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking systems
