Responsibilities

• Film and create content in-office for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other platforms
• Capture procedures, treatments, behind-the-scenes footage, provider education, testimonials, and lifestyle content
• Edit short-form videos and Reels with captions, transitions, music, and on-screen text
• Create simple branded graphics using Canva or similar platforms
• Assist with writing captions and content ideas
• Help plan and organize a consistent social media content calendar
• Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend ideas relevant to aesthetics, wellness, and healthcare
• Schedule and publish content as needed
• Assist with before-and-after content and maintaining a polished, consistent brand appearance
• Occasionally assist with promotional campaigns, events, or new service launches

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, lighting, angles, and composition
• Comfortable filming with an iPhone and/or camera
• Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Captions, Canva, Adobe, or similar software
• Creative and able to turn ideas into engaging content
• Comfortable working around medical and aesthetic procedures
• Professional, dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable directing people during filming when necessary
• Interest in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle content is strongly preferred

Preferred

• Experience working with a med spa, aesthetic practice, healthcare practice, beauty brand, or wellness business is a plus but not required.
