Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote Cool Breeze heating and cooling services
• Help customers schedule free in-home HVAC consultations
• Educate customers on current promotions and specials
• Collect and enter basic customer information accurately
• Maintain positive customer interactions and brand representation
• Meet weekly lead generation goals
• Communicate with sales and marketing team members regularly

Requirements

• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Comfortable starting conversations with customers
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old
