Responsibilities

Find and book speaking slots, panels, podcasts, and executive events in AI and fintech
Secure invitations to industry dinners, conferences, and women-in-AI events
Write the founder's speaker bio, LinkedIn content, press releases, and pitches
Shape positioning, story, and how the founder presents publicly
Track every pitch and application in a shared tracker and send a weekly results update

Requirements

Experience in PR, communications, events, or talent management (graduate students and early-career professionals welcome)
Confident, proactive, and comfortable leading
Connected to, or eager to break into, the NYC tech and AI scene
Ambitious and looking to grow with a founder on the rise
