Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support partner marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and promotional programs through routine project coordination and administrative support.
  • Submit and manage creative tickets and asset requests for email, social media, ecommerce, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives, following documented procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies (including Fusion) to route requests, track status, and communicate updates to the lead/owner.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of email graphics, social media assets, hero banners, promotional campaign materials, and merchandise creative/artwork by gathering inputs and ensuring files are organized for review.
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, launch schedules, and creative deliverables by updating trackers and reminders.
  • Track creative requests, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery, escalating delays or unclear requirements to your manager.
  • Organize and maintain partner asset decks, campaign documentation, creative files, and reporting materials.
  • Assist with presentations, campaign recaps, and operational reporting as needed.
  • Provide customer service support across SiriusXM ecommerce storefronts, responding to inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and product questions, using standard templates and policies.
  • Process customer orders, refunds, replacements, and returns in a timely and professional manner, escalating exceptions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; coursework or degree progress in Marketing, Business, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience (e.g., internships, part-time roles, campus orgs, or customer service) is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with guidance from your manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Internships, part-time roles, campus orgs, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems is preferred
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or vendors is a plus
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Canva, Tableau, or Branch is a plus
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
