Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end handling of product samples for events and promotions, ensuring accurate data, timely distribution, and strong customer-facing communication that supports sales efforts.
- Sample logistics: manage intake, storage, and distribution for events, demos, and campaigns.
- Data hygiene: enter and maintain information in systems to ensure accuracy and quick retrieval.
- Customer alignment: respond to product questions and coordinate with sales to support encounters and demos.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the distribution and management of product samples for events, demos, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate and manage marketing samples
- Enter and maintain information using computer systems
- Handle manual tasks related to sample preparation and distribution
- Communicate professionally with customers and company representatives
- Support sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service and answering product-related questions
Preferred
- Previous experience in marketing roles is highly desirable
