Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Public Relations & Media Outreach
  • Personally manage public relations efforts across affiliated companies
  • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and company announcements
  • Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national media
  • Pitch stories to journalists, newspapers, magazines, podcasts, television, and radio outlets
  • Secure media coverage, interviews, speaking opportunities, and other publicity
  • Identify and pursue awards and recognition opportunities
  • Coordinate interviews, public appearances, and community outreach
  • Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for Facebook and Instagram

Requirements

  • Previous hands-on public relations experience, including writing press releases, pitching stories, and conducting media outreach
  • Demonstrated ability to build media relationships and secure coverage
  • Experience in marketing, digital advertising, and content creation
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Canva and marketing design tools
  • Experience updating websites and understanding SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or interior design
  • A background in technology or computer engineering
