Own operations for a marketing system that ties campaigns, content, and events to business goals and measurable results.

Campaign calendar and execution: coordinate drafts, reviews, approvals, and publishing across newsletters, social, webinars, and events.
Content and assets: align content needs with company owners and ensure timely production and delivery.
Performance tracking: build weekly KPI dashboards and biweekly reviews with leadership to spot bottlenecks and adjust plans.

Part-Time Marketing Growth Coordinator to manage the firm’s marketing calendar, campaign execution, content coordination, webinar/event promotion, KPI tracking, and growth-related marketing projects.
This person is the organizer and project manager for the marketing system.
Make sure the right marketing activities happen on schedule, are connected to business goals, and are tracked properly and adjusted as necessary.
Support marketing for investment management, retirement planning, advanced tax planning, and bookkeeping/CFO services.
Maintain CRM/Marketing Platform Lists (Redtail, GoHighLevel, FMG Suite, etc…).
Maintain the master marketing calendar for newsletters, social media, podcast content, webinars, events, ads, website updates, and internal deadlines.
Hold or coordinate a weekly marketing check-in with the Content & Digital Media Specialist, other marketing roles or contractors, and/or leadership.
Confirm weekly marketing initiatives are moving through drafting, review, approval, and publishing.
Confirm social media posts are scheduled and aligned with current campaigns.
Track marketing tasks by owner, due date, status, and next action.
