Job Summary

Own the content and communications pipeline for a b2b association, turning copy, digital assets, and events into a cohesive, engaging marketing program that supports member engagement and event promotion.

  • Content & Copy: Produce clear, on-brand messaging across emails, websites, social, and campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Campaign & Asset Ops: Build materials, coordinate visuals, and maintain calendars for events, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Digital & SEO Enablement: Improve content organization, web UX, and SEO while tracking performance across channels.

Job Description

  • Content & Copy: Draft and edit copy for marketing emails, website pages, social media posts, newsletters, and event promotions.
  • Promotional Materials: Assist with the production of digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, one-pagers, advertisements, and slide decks.
  • Communications & Thought Leadership: Help prepare talking points, press releases, and short articles related to CGA standards, safety initiatives, events, and industry topics.
  • Social Scheduling: Schedule and support social media content execution across platforms, primarily LinkedIn and X.
  • Email Campaigns: Assist in building and deploying email campaigns through Brevo or similar platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on digital engagement metrics, including email performance, social engagement, and website traffic.
  • Website Updates: Update website content, including news posts, event pages, and publication-related materials.
  • Content Management: Make minor website content and layout updates using CGA’s content management systems and digital tools.
  • SEO & UX: Support efforts to improve content organization, SEO performance, and user experience.
  • Event Marketing: Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing materials for CGA events, including the Annual Meeting, Technical Summit, webinars, and virtual programs.
