Responsibilities

• The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, including helping develop promotional materials, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining accurate product and service information across channels.
• Responsibilities include assisting with basic market research on customers and competitors, preparing reports, and organizing marketing data.
• The role will also support sales and customer-facing efforts by responding to inquiries, helping prepare presentations, and maintaining a professional presence at the office or events.
• The Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and written Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Foundational Market Research skills, including gathering, organizing, and summarizing customer and competitor data.
• Customer Service skills to support client inquiries, resolve routine issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Basic Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist with lead follow-up, campaign support, and promotional activities.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); experience with marketing or CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, with a collaborative, reliable, and proactive work style.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role is preferred; familiarity with industrial or warehousing products is a plus.
