Lead content capture and editing for social media as a part-time Content Assistant focused on lifestyle video and posting coordination.
- Capture iPhone video for Reels/TikTok and edit short-form content.
- Must-have: Strong eye for aesthetics and experience with CapCut, InShot, or Adobe.
- Standout: Flexible 15 hours/week with 2 days/week and occasional local shoots.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Capture content (primarily iPhone footage) for social media (Reels, Stories, etc.)
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Assist with posting and scheduling content across platforms
- Help brainstorm and execute content ideas
- Maintain an organized library of photos and video footage
- Support light content planning and coordination
- Occasionally travel locally for content shoots (as needed)
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Ttypically 2 days per week, but days and hours are flexible
- Some weeks may vary based on content needs
Requirements
- Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling
- Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
- Comfortable filming on iPhone and capturing natural, lifestyle content
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in social media, lifestyle content, and brand building
Nice To Have
- Experience managing or growing social media accounts
- Photography skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and strategy
