Build local outreach by developing referral networks and increasing awareness of elder care services among seniors and veterans.

Growth Infrastructure: referral sources and outreach activity tracking to feed the pipeline.
Community Relationships: Partner with churches, senior centers, and social workers to sustain referrals.
Operational Rhythm: Follow up on leads, maintain outreach records, and support events and social channels.

Distribute flyers and marketing materials throughout the community
Build relationships with churches, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, social workers, and community organizations
Identify potential referral sources for home care services
Assist with community outreach events
Follow up on leads and referral opportunities
Help increase awareness of Eden Home Cares services
Maintain records of outreach activities and referral contacts
Assist with social media outreach when needed

Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with community members and local organizations
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to work independently
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Sales, marketing, caregiving, healthcare, ministry, or community outreach experience is a plus
Passion for helping seniors and veterans
