Own and drive community outreach for home care services, building partnerships with providers and organizations to generate awareness and referrals.

Community Engagement: develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and potential clients to fuel awareness.
Outreach Programs: plan and execute health fairs, seminars, and events with measurable visibility and follow-up.
Onboarding & Support: ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support through collaboration with internal teams and clear documentation.

Act as the primary point of contact within the community to promote awareness of our client's home care services
Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients
Conduct informational sessions and demonstrations to educate stakeholders about our offerings
Coordinate outreach activities such as health fairs, seminars, and community events to increase service visibility
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through service options
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients
Maintain detailed records of community interactions, feedback, and outreach efforts using organizational tools like Microsoft Office applications
