Job Summary

Own the social media program end-to-end, from team leadership and paid-social strategy across platforms to campaign optimization, KPI tracking, and cross-team execution.

  • Lead the Social Media Team and align media, creative, and influencer workstreams to deliver measurable campaigns.
  • Drive cross-platform paid social strategy, budgeting, tagging, and performance benchmarks to accelerate client goals.
  • Own testing and iteration for new platforms, tools, and influencer activations to stay ahead of the curve.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train Social Media Team including coordinators and specialists.
  • Oversee media buying and strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, and other relevant social platforms.
  • Develop estimates, budgets, and strategies for client campaigns and new business opportunities.
  • Proofread all strategies and ads before they are sent to the client and launched.
  • Optimize campaign performance and establish benchmarks for marketing automation and other technologies to support campaign execution.
  • Set up tracking pixels, ad tags, etc., and ensure all KPIs are properly tracked.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and make media recommendations.
  • Manage all ongoing projects between Media Teams and the Creative Team.
  • Manage the Creative Team, creating ads that will convert inside of platforms.
  • Ensure that creative briefs and brand guidelines are being followed in creative execution.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Paid Social.
  • Deep knowledge of and proficiency in social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in social ad copy creation, trends, and grammar.
  • Hands-on experience working in social media, content, and editorial planning with a deep understanding of the social ecosystem.
  • Experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns.
  • Understanding of both brand and acquisition strategies, with experience running awareness and direct response campaigns.
  • High creative standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong track record of driving adoption of innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills, with a test & learn mentality.
