Paid Social Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager across multiple client accounts, with TikTok as a growing channel
• Source, brief, and manage creators and influencers to produce ad-ready content, and keep the good relationships going
• Test creator content in paid, read the results honestly, and scale what works
• Own budgets and pacing, contribute to forecasting, and hit client targets on CPL, CPA, or ROAS
• Lead weekly client meetings, walking through campaign and creator performance with clear takeaways and a recommended next move
• Work with the team on creative strategy, testing roadmaps, and account growth

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager, managing budgets you were accountable for
• A track record of briefing creators or influencers and turning their content into ads that performed (we'll ask to see examples)
• Good judgment with data: you know when a creative is fatigued, when a test is actually conclusive, and when to kill something
• Commercial acumen: comfortable working with budgets and business targets like CAC, LTV, and contribution margin, not just platform metrics
• Working knowledge of FTC endorsement and disclosure rules for creator content
• Comfort running multiple accounts and priorities at once
• Clear, direct communication with creators and clients, and confidence running client meetings on your own
